ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Your network never reached the server. DNS or ISP filtering, nine times out of ten — test on mobile data.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
The domain did not resolve. Change your DNS resolver, or the domain genuinely moved.
403 Forbidden
Refused, not broken. Geographic restriction, or a limitation on your account. Support is the only route.
502 / 504 Gateway
A genuine server-side outage. Nothing on your end will fix it — wait, and check the log above.
Session expired
Local and harmless. Clear the site cookies and log back in.
Game failed to load
One provider's servers, not the casino's. Other games in the lobby will still work.

Fixes by symptom
Page will not load at all
Try mobile data with wi-fi off. If it loads there, your home network is the problem — switch your router's DNS to a public resolver, or use your phone. If it fails on both, check the outage log.
Loads, but login fails
Clear cookies for the domain, then retry once. Repeated failures on a correct password usually mean the account is restricted rather than the login being broken — support can confirm which.
Games sit on the loading spinner
Try a game from a different provider. If that one runs, it is a supplier issue and nothing to do with BSB 007. If nothing runs, disable ad blockers and any VPN, which frequently break game frames.
Cashier hangs on deposit
